This multi-purpose pan is simply what I needed, good for stove top and even to place within the oven. I really have used it over the past few days and my food has cooked evenly and the basket is a nice further bonus. I am about to go and get my first stainless-steel pan, or pot. I had a successful water check, obtained my oil to the point the place it had “legs” and but roughly half of the hash browns I put in are nonetheless caked onto the pan. I reluctantly did my over-easy eggs within the small sliver of pan that wasn’t caked in burned potatoes. Thank goodness it was for my own breakfast and I wasn’t going for presentation.
