I acquired these pans yesterday and have already used them twice to sauté some veggies and make eggs. I spent an hour deciding which pan to purchase and eventually relinquished on the all clad chrome steel. I thought I would cross out at the value, especially compared to the others hanging. Usually after a bit of cooking time I must lower the heat a bit. I’ll get a light amount of water on my fingers and flick it in to the pan or griddle.
