Emile Henry dishes are designed to withstand oven heat up to 250 degrees Celsius / 482 degrees Fahrenheit. Never preheat your ceramic baking dish dry, at all times add cooking oil or some kind of liquid to the dish. (This does not apply to the Flame products and bread bakers.) They are not intended to be used over direct flame or scorching plates.
When To Use Baking Pans Steel
Before eradicating baked items from the pan, allow to chill utterly. For good release, spray a thin layer of cooking spray. Safely goes from freezer to oven with out damaging bakeware.
