With rising demand for artisan, handcrafted premium food, the recognition of dry aged beef in foodservice venues continues to rise. Yet despite its comparable physical properties, dry aged lamb has been largely unexplored. With many delectable dishes to pair with pulled pork, these dishes have by no means failed me for a fulfilling meal.

Sheep will not be easy to supply since virtually all sheep are actually bought as “lamb” in supermarkets. Ask your local butcher if he can get it for you. A scrumptious Moroccan-inspired rack of lamb. I created this for my anniversary, and it was divine. Serve with honey-glazed carrots and rosemary mashed potatoes. Ras el hanout is a standard and complicated Moroccan spice mix, and could also be present in specialty grocery shops.
Recent Mint Sauce
Mix all marinade components in a bowl and add Lamb to it. Mix and go away to marinate for a couple of hours or in a single day in a fridge. Pour the sauce over the meat and serve instantly. Combine lamb, celery, onion, cream cheese, mayonnaise and seasonings until well included.
