Certain forms of food need more room for expansion than others. Fill the pan as directed by the directions on the recipe. If you choose a pan that has a comparable volume to the original measurement advised by the recipe, it should permit the required room for expansion. I even have somewhat kitchen garden right out back kitchen door.
