Hopefully with some Barkeepers Friend we will get that factor looking like new again. The trick is remembering to let the pan AND the oil re-heat between batches of pancakes. I assume a lot of us are probably to figure that if pancakes are sticking we have to turn the warmth down, but that’s actually the other of what we have to do when using SS. Remember what I mentioned about the pan having “pores” until it will get hot?
