Your Cooking For One Retailer

My father was a candy maker and used these huge unlined copper cauldrons, I can remember watching him when I was a baby making so many types of filling for his candies in these cauldrons. My favorite was dipping pretzels in darkish chocolate on the marble on the dipping desk. I am certain that is why I love cooking with copper and making angel hair for my cream puffs.I love this site and recommend it to others.
